These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PallyPay ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using PallyPay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What PallyPay is, and what it is not
PallyPay is an identity and discovery tool for Pi Network users ("Pioneers"). It lets you register a PallyTag, link a Pi wallet address to it, and share that tag or a QR code so other people can find you and check that they have the right wallet before they pay.
PallyPay does not hold, send, receive, exchange, or custody your money or Pi. We do not process, verify, or facilitate transactions on the Pi blockchain. We never have access to your private keys or passphrase and cannot move, recover, or reverse any Pi. Every payment is made by you, from Pi Wallet or another wallet you choose, outside PallyPay.
PallyPay is an independent product. It is not created, endorsed, or sponsored by Pi Network, the Pi Core Team, or Pi Wallet. "Pi" and "Pi Network" belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You must also meet the eligibility rules of the Pi Network. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- Register only a wallet address that you own or are authorized to use.
- You may hold one PallyTag per person or business. Tags may be refused, changed, or removed if they impersonate someone, mislead people, or break these Terms.
- Never share your Pi Wallet passphrase or private keys with anyone, including PallyPay staff. We will never ask for them.
4. Wallet verification and your responsibility
PallyPay shows wallet details and verification signals (for example, when a wallet was linked, whether it changed recently, and whether look-alike addresses exist) to help people make better decisions. These signals are helpful guides only. They are not a guarantee that a person, business, or wallet is genuine, safe, or trustworthy.
Before any payment, you must check the wallet address yourself, including at least the first and last characters, inside your wallet app. Payments on a blockchain are generally final. We cannot refund, cancel, or recover a payment.
5. Paid features: Pally and Pro
Some features are free. Others are paid. Paid features come in two forms:
Pally features
- Pally is an in-app credit. Some features cost Pally each time you use them, such as searching for a PallyTag or sending Pally to other users where available.
- Pally is not money, e-money, a cryptocurrency, a stored-value account, or a bank balance. It has no cash value, earns no interest, cannot be withdrawn or sold, and can be used only inside PallyPay.
- You top up Pally with Pi through the Pi payment flow.
Pro features
- Pro gives you extra access to certain in-app features. What is included in Pro, its price, and how long it lasts are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Pro access lasts for the period you paid for. We do not charge you again unless you confirm a new purchase or renewal in the app.
- We may add, change, or remove Pro features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in the app.
For all paid features:
- The price or Pally cost is always shown before you confirm.
- Purchases, top-ups, and spent Pally are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we made an error.
- Some features, such as a new user's first search and scanning a QR code, may be free. We may change which features are free or paid, and we will give notice of changes that affect paid features.
- We may adjust, expire, or remove Pally or Pro access that was obtained by fraud, abuse, or error.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- impersonate any person or business, or register a tag or wallet to deceive others;
- use the Service for fraud, scams, money laundering, harassment, or any unlawful purpose;
- scrape, copy, or bulk collect tags, wallet addresses, or profile data, or attempt to bypass search fees, Pro limits, or access controls;
- attack, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with other users;
- upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, or misleading content;
- create multiple accounts to abuse free searches, rewards, or referrals.
7. Your content and visibility
You keep ownership of the profile information you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to run the Service. Details such as your tag, display name, and whether you appear in public lists are controlled by your visibility settings. Wallet details are shown to other users only as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including Pi Network and Pi Wallet, and on infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, changes, fees, security, or policies.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PallyPay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, remove tags, or limit features if you break these Terms, put others at risk, or if we are required to by law. If we end your access for breaking these Terms, unspent Pally and remaining Pro access are forfeited.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information shown is complete or accurate. We are not a bank, payment service provider, exchange, escrow agent, broker, or financial adviser, and nothing in the Service is financial or legal advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PallyPay and its team and partners are not liable for:
- lost, misdirected, or stolen Pi caused by incorrect, accidental, or fraudulent transfers made outside PallyPay;
- the conduct of any user, individual, or business you meet or pay through the Service;
- loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
- events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain delays, network outages, or changes to Pi Network.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover losses and claims that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your use of a wallet address or identity that you were not entitled to use.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

If you have a problem, contact support first. We will try in good faith to resolve it with you directly.
