PallyPay Service Terms

Rules of Engagement

These Terms explain the basic rules that apply when you access or use PallyPay. By using PallyPay, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that apply to specific PallyPay services.

PallyPay is currently provided as a Beta service, so some features may change, be limited, paused or removed as we continue testing and improving the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PallyPay account and any authentication methods associated with it. Do not share your passwords, PINs, wallet credentials, private keys or wallet passphrases with anyone. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security issue attributable to PallyPay.

Pi Wallets and Payments

PallyPay may provide interfaces that help users interact with supported Pi payment experiences. PallyPay does not control the Pi blockchain and cannot reverse or modify a completed blockchain transaction. Always verify the recipient and payment details before confirming a transaction.

Pally

Pally is an internal Beta payment balance designed for supported PallyPay experiences. It is separate from Pi and is not a Pi replacement. Pally may be used only for supported PallyPay functions. During Beta, the availability, rules, limits and functionality of Pally may change.

Professional Accounts

Professionals are responsible for providing accurate information about themselves, their services and their offerings. Professional status or a PallyProof status does not necessarily mean that PallyPay guarantees the quality, legality or performance of a professional's services. Users should make their own decisions before interacting or transacting with another user.

Prohibited Activity

Users must not use PallyPay for:

Fraud or deception.
Impersonation.
Unauthorized transactions.
Abuse of other users.
Manipulation of PallyPay systems or rewards.
Attempts to bypass security controls.
Illegal activities.
Any activity intended to harm PallyPay, its users or the Pi ecosystem.

PallyPay may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Disputes and Support

PallyPay may provide support or mediation for certain platform-related disputes. Any administrative action taken by PallyPay will be based on the information available to us and the applicable platform rules. PallyPay cannot guarantee a particular outcome for every dispute.

Beta Service

PallyPay is a Beta product. Features may change, become temporarily unavailable or operate differently as we test the platform. Beta functionality should not be treated as a guarantee of future features or services.

Third-Party Services

PallyPay may integrate with third-party services, including Pi Network and related infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms, policies and availability requirements.

Trademark & Brand Attribution

PallyPay and its associated branding are the property of PallyPay and its respective owners.

Pi, Pi Network, and the Pi logo are trademarks of Pi Community Company. PallyPay uses Pi trademarks to identify its compatibility and participation within the Pi ecosystem.

PallyPay is an independent application and is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Pi Community Company.

Pi trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owner and are used in accordance with applicable trademark guidelines.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PallyPay evolves. Continued use of PallyPay after an updated version becomes effective means you agree to the updated Terms, where applicable.
